THE IMPLEMENTATION GAP
We focus on the point where strategy becomes performance: the roles, learning systems, job tools, practice, communication, and support people need to implement change consistently.
FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS
Tillstone House can take responsibility for a defined learning or readiness work package within your implementation plan. Kia works with your project lead and subject-matter experts to turn approved requirements into usable materials, facilitated practice, and evidence of learning.
Discuss a subcontract scope →Audience and task analysis, curriculum outlines, facilitator guides, learner job aids, practice scenarios, and knowledge checks.
Train-the-trainer sessions, facilitated workshops, guided practice, delivery coordination, and feedback collection.
Stakeholder learning needs, change communications, observation tools, readiness reporting, and improvements informed by learner feedback.
Share the audience, deliverables, schedule, and review process. We will discuss scope, availability, qualifications, and pricing before making a commitment. Product-specific work is developed with your technical experts and approved through your project governance.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Engagements can begin with a focused diagnostic or workshop and expand into design, delivery, evaluation, and implementation support.

Communication, workflow translation, stakeholder education, technical assistance, adoption support, and the operating tools required to put change into practice.

Issue education, stakeholder engagement, public-policy programming, coalition coordination, advocacy preparation, sponsorship, and civic-participation learning.
HOW WE WORK
We align the work to the operational reality—not simply the content that needs to be covered.
Clarify the requirement, audience, workflow, risks, constraints, and measures of readiness.
Build the learning, tools, operating guidance, practice, and support structure people need.
Facilitate, test, coach, and prepare internal leaders or trainers for consistent implementation.
Use evidence and feedback to strengthen performance, adoption, and repeatability.
